Returns
In accordance with European law, our customers benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the date of receipt of their products.
Return Conditions:To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. The tights must not have been worn or damaged.
Return Process: Simply log in to your customer account and select the return request option. Once your request is processed, we will send you a return label that you can print and attach to the package. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and drop off your parcel at the Mondial Relay Point of your choice.
Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it is in its original condition. After a successful inspection, we will process a refund for the total purchase amount, excluding original shipping fees, to the original payment method.
Return Fees: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This includes the costs associated with shipping the returned product to our facilities.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not yet received a refund, please first check your bank account. Then contact your bank and/or credit card issuer. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
